Very high pre-tensioning force!
2-part, 50 mm wide, (FE=0.5 / LE=7.5m) with ERGO-MAX-V2 long lever ratchet and pointed hook or triangle snap hook on both sides.
This long lever ratchet has an additional reduction gear. A second shaft/gear increases the pre-tensioning force to STF 750 daN, which is around 3 times that of a conventional 5-ton tensioning strap.
An additional knob on the side enables the tensioning strap to be easily wound up/unwound when the lever is in the open position.

The ErgoMax ratchet is designed for a hand force of max. 50 daN. Overloading with both hands will damage the bearing points over time.
To ensure that the ratchet functions for a long time, it should be occasionally lubricated with a suitable lubricant on the moving parts.
