2.2. If self-collection has been agreed, the customer will be informed by the seller that the goods they have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the customer can collect the goods from the seller's headquarters or from an agreed location after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs are incurred.
For bulky items, an additional bulky goods surcharge of €20 EUR per delivery address is charged on top of the stated shipping costs. This is specifically indicated on the respective item page.
2.4. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may be incurred. These must be borne by you.
Shipping costs depend on the country of destination, weight and sometimes on the region.
All shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and can be seen in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
